Refund policy

Unfortunately, we only accept refunds of orders in cases of wrongly supplied or damaged goods. If you would like a full refund, please contuct us within 48 hours and remember to send photographic evidence.
 
Subscriptions
Whilst the refund policy does not apply to the plant subscriptions, if your houseplant or pot is damaged, please contact us (within 48 hours) at indoor@gardenbymarco.com and we’ll send you a replacement.
